DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our firm will develop the Project Design Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimates in progressive phases with your participation; coordinate the basic preliminary studies; prepare all Construction Documents complying with current applicable federal and local laws, codes and regulations; coordinate the basic endorsements and permits for the construction of the project and provide support during the bidding and award phases.

Additionally, there will be involvement of the designer during the construction phase which will ensure successful execution of a project. ERA offers Observation During Construction Services that includes periodic visits to the project site to substantiate progress and quality of the work and assistance to the Inspection to determine if the work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents. The service also includes submittals evaluation, clarification of details or drawings, and assistance in evaluation of in case of a change of orders.
LANDSLIDE AND ROAD DAMAGE EVALUATION AND REPAIR RECOMMENDATIONS, PR
ERA PSC is currently working on this project to provide technical evaluation and design services to repair the road damages caused by landslides after Hurricanes Irma and María in September 2017 at various sites throughout Puerto Rico. The team completed an assessment of the damages, presented the evaluation and recommended alternatives to repair these damages at each site. As part of this initial phase, preliminary studies, such as Survey and Topography of the project sites, were conducted to assist in the evaluation of alternatives and for the development of the design.
The Technical Reports that resulted from this phase are the base for the development and preparation of the Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimates for the construction of repairs and improvements at each site that the team is currently working.
NEW MRO APRON AREA DEVELOPMENT
RAFAEL HERNANDEZ AIRPORT, Aguadilla, PR
ERA and Campbell and Paris, designed the concrete apron and taxiway access for the Lufthansa Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) area at the Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla. The project consisted in the planning and design of a new concrete apron and taxiway connector for the new Lufthansa hangar facilities that provides maintenance, repair and overhaul and service to aircrafts
REHABILITATION OF THE “TEATRO RENACIMIENTO”, 1920’s THEATER PROJECT, Arroyo, PR
The original facilities of Teatro Renacimiento were built in 1920 and used as theatre located in Morse street, in Arroyo, Puerto Rico. Over time, the building deteriorated severely. In this project, a complete modernization and structural rehabilitation was implemented for the historical site to allow dual use as theatre and cinema. The project was designed and built according to the requirements of the State Office of Historical Preservation (SHPO) and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture (ICP).
PARKING AND COMMERCIAL FACILITIES,

ERA PSC was responsible for the preparation of the preliminary studies and design including preparation of plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, permits and support during the construction of the offices and parking building facilities located in the downtown area. The facilities developed consisted in a four stories building located to both sides of the street and connected with an over pass.
