FERNANDO LUIS RIBAS DOMINICCI (ISLA GRANDE) MASTER PLAN AND AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN, SJ, PR
ERA, with Campbell and Paris as aviation sub-consultants, completed the first Airport Master Plan and Airport Layout Plan for the Fernando Luis Ribas Dominici (Isla Grande) located in Miramar, a district in the municipality of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The main purpose for the development of this Master Plan was to evaluate the condition of the existing facilities and account for improvements and growth needed in support of future operations at the airport.
RAFAEL HERNÁNDEZ AIRPORT MASTER PLAN UPDATE AND AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN, Aguadilla, PR
ERA and Campbell and Paris, completed the update to the Airport Master Plan and development of the Airport Layout Plan for the Rafael Hernández Airport in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Master Planning tasks that were completed included the inventory and review of the existing airport facilities, development of the aviation demand forecasting, identification of the facility requirements for the proposed 20-year development, environmental overview, and identification of the cost for the proposed development.

As a sub-consultant for Wilbur Smith Associates, ERA supported activities for the airports inventory and data collection, identification of facilities needs based on current and planned initiatives from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, overall airport system evaluation, revision of cost estimates for recommended infrastructure and participation of identification for final recommendations.
