A licensed engineer and representatives from different disciplines will be designated by project to assure the construction is completed as planned, providing progress reports and recording the daily activities of the project with photos, comments, materials and personnel involved. Our Inspection Team will document every activity following established procedures to ensure that all parties involved meet and follow all applicable federal and local construction laws and regulations, and meet your goals of completing the project within the established time frame and budget, without major disruptions to the normal operations at the facilities.
IMPROVEMENTS TO SAN JOSÉ AND MIRAMAR SIPHONS, SJ, PR
ERA PSC’s Construction Management Team was responsible for the Inspection Services during the construction of improvements to the Miramar sewer siphon and the San José sewer siphon and water line located in San Juan. ERA’s responsibilities included inspecting, monitoring and documenting progress and completion of all project tasks with periodic inspection reports, verifying that the project is constructed in compliance with applicable federal and local construction laws and regulations and meeting the owner’s objectives.
EMERGENCY GENERATING SYSTEM AT PUERTO NUEVO WATER TREATMENT PLANT, SJ, PR
ERA PSC’s Construction Management Team was responsible for the Inspection Services during the construction of improvements to the new Emergency Generating System at the Puerto Nuevo Water Treatment Plant. The project consisted in the construction of a building facility for three diesel emergency generators to operate in parallel. ERA’s responsibilities included inspection and documentation of the progress and completion of all project tasks with periodic inspection reports, and verification that the project was constructed in compliance with applicable federal and local construction laws and regulations.
